Bill Hader was among the fortunate ones whose Pacific Palisades home survived the Los Angeles fires. While discussing the damage these wildfires caused in LA with KTLA 5, Hader expressed shock, especially after seeing the devastation in his neighborhood and surrounding areas after his return.

A report by Los Angeles television station KTLA said Hader's home is still standing, but sustained damage. Hader said he is glad his family "got out."

"I’m in shock. It’s just gone. Everything," Hader said of his Pacific Palisades neighborhood. "I’m glad my family got out. I feel this is such a great community"
