Roman Anthony's sister has spoken out after going viral during his debut and gaining thousands of followers overnight.

BOSTON — The Red Sox lost some first base depth Friday as Ryan Noda was claimed off waivers by the White Sox. Boston designated Noda, a 29-year-old first baseman/outfielder, for assignment Monday to make room on the 40-man roster for top prospect Roman Anthony.

RBI double, in his second game the following night. Anthony entered the 2025 regular season as the No. 1 overall prospect in professional baseball. He was the 79th overall pick in the 2022 MLB Draft.
