Disney’s lates quarter was mixed but solid with a big upswing in studio profit led by 'Deadpool & Wolverine' and 'Inside Out 2'. Streaming was in the black and domestic theme parks saw a profit.

Marvel has announced the streaming release date of Deadpool & Wolverine along with its Disney+ slate for 2025. The movie featuring Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman hit theaters in July 2024 and made its debut on video-on-demand platforms on October 1 following its huge success.

Walt Disney reported earnings that topped Wall Street's estimates on Thursday, propelled by blockbuster ticket sales from the rude and irreverent summer Marvel film "Deadpool & Wolverine," and provided an upbeat forecast for the coming year.
