Spotify and Netflix are exploring the intersection of streaming, gaming, and pop culture with their respective promotional tie-ins for Happy Gilmore 2. To mark the occasion, Spotify has launched the Happy Gilmore 2 Tournament—a mini-golf game embedded directly within the Spotify app.

Netflix and Spotify teamed up to launch a golf-inspired game as a way to promote “Happy Gilmore 2,” which premieres on Netflix this Friday.

Beginning Thursday, Spotify users will be able to play an interactive audio-visual game called the Happy Gilmore 2 Tournament, tilting their phones to chip golf balls, navigating moments from the movie, easter eggs and unlocking audio clips. Players start with a putting round before moving on to long-range shots.
