New York City Mayor Eric Adams announced Wednesday that street signs in Manhattan have been “temporarily co-named” to honor individual players on the New York Knicks as the team advances to the 2025 NBA Eastern Conference Finals for the first time since 2000.

New York Knicks fever continues to spread throughout the city ahead of the team's first Eastern Conference Finals appearance in 25 years. Prior to the series getting underway, streets across the borough of Manhattan are temporarily being co-named after Knicks players to celebrate the team's playoff run.

For the first time since 2000, the Knicks are playing in the Eastern Conference Finals and the city of New York is pulling out all the stops to celebrate the momentous occasion.
