SEATTLE -- The 2025 NFL draft kicked off in Green Bay, Wisconsin on Thursday. The Seattle Seahawks selected Grey Zabel from North Dakota State with the 18th pick in the first round. Below is analysis of every Seahawks pick:

Despite signing Sam Darnold in free agency, the Seahawks couldn’t pass up the opportunity to draft a quarterback with incredible physical tools. Milroe earned an 87.0-plus PFF overall grade over the past two seasons at Alabama. He has one of the strongest arms in the class but struggles with accuracy, giving him room to further develop.

So Seattle opened the draft by picking offensive guard Grey Zabel 18th overall and taking safety Nick Emmanwori (35th) and tight end Elijah Arroyo (50th) in the second round. They have five picks left.
