PHOENIX — Bernhard Langer won the 2024 Charles Schwab Cup Championship and in doing so, kept his streak alive. He also did something for the first time.

Bernhard Langer won for the 18th straight year on the PGA Tour Champions, holing a 30-foot birdie putt on the final hole to hold off Steven Alker in the season-ending Charles Schwab Cup Championship on Sunday at Phoenix Country Club.

Bernhard Langer is the greatest player in PGA Tour Champions history, and he has the record to prove it. Langer has won at least one event in 18 consecutive years on the senior circuit and has a tour-record 47 career victories.
