A Texas man died in a single-vehicle crash Sunday on M-14 in Washtenaw County, Michigan State Police said. Troopers from the agency's Brighton Post were called at about 4:45 a.m. to the area of westbound M-14 at Ford Road in Superior Township for a report of a crash.

WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI -- A 56-year-old Texas man was killed Sunday when his car struck a tree. The man was traveling west on M-14 around 4:45 a.m. Sept. 22 when he tried to exit at Ford Road in Superior Township, Michigan State Police said, adding that as he was on the exit ramp, he left the road and struck several trees.

A man is dead from a neck injury after he drifted off the road and crashed into a tree, investigators say. The incident happened Sunday around 7 p.m. Investigators say the car was traveling south on Rives Eaton Road in Jackson County.
