A road rage shooting and crash on I-95 in Philadelphia briefly shut down the highway while police investigated Tuesday.

MILLCREEK — A man wanted in connection with a road rage shooting in Millcreek last weekend has been arrested. Kenneth Alfonzo Richardson, 33, was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on Wednesday for investigation of shooting in the direction of a person and aggravated assault, with both counts being filed under Utah's new road rage law.

The shooting took place around 6:30 a.m. Wednesday with the unidentified suspect firing several shots at a man driving along the northbound lanes.

Investigators said a gray or silver Volkswagen hatchback was involved in a road rage incident with the victim at the time of the shooting.

The Unified Police Department arrested 33-year-old Kenneth Alfonso Richardson after a Millcreek road rage incident.
