Good Morning America' co-host Michael Strahan caused a stir by throwing a reporter's phone amid national anthem controversy.

During his meteoric media career, Michael Strahan has faced little or no criticism. And now, out of the blue, Strahan finds himself caught up in a red, white, and blue controversy over (drum roll, please) whether he put his hand over his heart during the playing of the national anthem at Fox's annual Veteran's Day visit to a U.

Though Strahan wasn't in strict adherence to the U.S. Flag Code, he presented himself as a respectful American citizen in every other way.
