Here are the Day 3 start lists for the 2025 USA Track and Field Championships, held at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon from July 31 to August 3.

After two days of preliminary heats or semifinal rounds, the action on the track gets serious on Saturday in Day 3 of the USATF Outdoor Championships track and field meet at Hayward Field. There will be finals in the men's and women's 1,500 meters, the men's and women's 3,000 steeplechase, the men's and women's 400 and the women's 100 hurdles.
