Former Atlanta Falcons quarterback Desmond Ridder is signing with the Minnesota Vikings ' practice squad, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Ridder signed with the Vikings earlier this season but was waived after quarterback J.J. McCarthy returned from an ankle sprain.
The Minnesota Vikings are coming off a disappointing Week 11, where they lost to the Chicago Bears in a game that was a mixed bag for the team. And now, with a Week 12 matchup against the Green Bay Packers on deck, they will need to stay healthy to maintain their best chances.
