Former US President Joe Biden said the Donald Trump administration is appeasing Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin by pressuring Ukraine to give up territory as part of a potential peace deal to end Russia’s invasion.

Documents obtained by The Washington Post revealed that the Trump administration asked Kyiv in late January to take in third-country nationals deported by the U.

"I think Russia, with the price of oil right now, oil has gone down, we are in a good position to settle, they want to settle. Ukraine wants to settle," U.S. President Donald Trump said.
