Toronto Maple Leafs fans faced a scare on Thursday night when star forward William Nylander left the preseason game against the Montreal Canadiens after an awkward hit to the head. The injury occurred when teammate Nick Robertson pushed Nylander, causing the latter to stumble and collide with Canadiens forward Christian Dvorak's knee.
