Punk's WrestleMania plans naturally changed quite a bit between that meeting and his first-ever main event at WrestleMania 41. The Second City Saint wound up in a triple threat match with Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins. However, even that match was supposed to pan out very differently for Punk.

WWE originally had drastically different ideas of what WrestleMania 41 would look like for “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and Travis Scott. WWE: Unreal premiered on Netflix today. The new docuseries gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at the inner workings of WWE creative.
