Alice Evans is pleading with the Los Angeles Superior Court to order her ex-husband, Ioan Gruffudd, to pay her more child support and spousal support as she's allegedly on the brink of going broke.

In court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Alice Evans claims she "will not be able to survive" without financial support from ex Ioan Gruffudd. The former couple share daughters Ella, 14, and Elsie, 10.
