The man is accused of stealing two packs of beer and a straw gardening hat from the 7-Eleven on the 400 block of Bypass Road on April 16, according to a York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office news release.

Their England Drinking Hat works much the same as ours do. Put two cans on top, shove the straw somewhere near your pie hole, and start sucking. Only theirs are patriotic, in a World Cup sort of way.
