Canada’s public broadcaster is making an exception to its policy of not labeling specific attacks as terrorism for the 9/11 attacks after coming under fire over a memo restating it

CBC/Radio-Canada is changing its language policy to state that direct attribution will no longer be required when describing 9/11 as an act of “terrorism.”
