The Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office says a dive team pulled a body out of the water at Youngs River Falls on Monday afternoon.

Last year, staff proposed an increase to the countywide transient lodging tax rate, citing a $1.2 million shortfall at the Clatsop County Jail, which the tax helps fund.
