The farmers market face-off is a contest put on by Indiana Grown, a division of the Indiana State Department of Agriculture.

The farmers market will be located at the parking lot of Julie’s Java House, 409 N. Ludington St., in Columbus. Fresh, homemade pies are a new addition to the farmers market this year.

The Columbus Farmers Market has taken place at Frankfort Square in Columbus for approximately 50 years. It runs from 7:30 a.m. until noon every Saturday through October.
