Two dogs terrorized a Milwaukee neighborhood, biting people and killing another dog. They even ran inside a home, attacking a pregnant woman and her daughter.

Dogs attack for a handful of reasons, most of which come from instinct and emotion. Fear is one of the most common causes. A scared dog can lash out in an instant if it feels trapped or threatened.
