All aboard! The Museum of the American Railroad in Frisco features 70+ historic trains, a $1M model exhibit & family events.

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Although the Frisco Railroad Museum has run out of steam and is closed after a 16-year run, its collection of historic items will stay in Springfield.

The museum is moving from Fair Park in Dallas to a 12-arce site in Frisco. The Houston & Texas Central railroad building, which was in Dallas since the 1960s, is filled with railroad memorabilia.
