After an "exciting" spring, as offensive coordinator Jim Bob Cooter put it, AD Mitchell again struggled with drops in the early going of training camp practices. According to The Athletic's James Boyd, Mitchell had four drops through four practices.

The Indianapolis Colts were back at training camp practice on Tuesday morning, for a consecutive day in full pads. It was another hot late July day, but the Colts quarterbacks kept cool in the pocket.
