NEW ORLEANS, La. (WAFB) - A piglet has been rescued after three men reportedly “tossed him around like a football” during Carnival season, a spokesman with the Humane Society of Louisiana (HSLA) said.
While recovering from the Mardi Gras incident, Piglet had the opportunity to have a “sleepover” with some rehabilitated opossums, the Humane Society of Louisiana Executive Director Jeff Dorson said.
