The Minnesota college student who was with University of Pittsburgh student Sudiksha Konanki the night she went missing is "ready to go home and go back to my life."

Joshua Riibe's departure ends what his attorneys allege was a dayslong detainment in the country as investigators questioned him in connection with Sudiksha Konanki's disappearance.

Joshua Riibe, the last person known to see missing University of Pittsburgh student Sudiksha Konanki, has returned to the U.S. Riibe, who was previously under police supervision, was freed Tuesday after a Dominican judge ruled he was a witness and not a suspect in the woman's disappearance.
