Tommy Maddox, who played in three NFL cities, the Arena league and the XFL before signing with Pittsburgh last season, will make his first NFL start in 10 years Sunday.

The Steelers planned to rely on veteran Tommy Maddox, but Maddox got hurt in the second game against the Baltimore Ravens. Roethlisberger came in, and the rest, of course, was history.
