Video testimony from Lance Twiggs, the ex-lover of Charlie Kirk murder suspect Tyler Robinson, is set to be played in court Thursday morning as the preliminary hearing nears its end.

The weeklong preliminary hearing for the man accused of killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk has entered its second day.

Though there were no major revelations on the hearing’s first day, a former Utah Valley University officer testified that he found an apparent “sniper pad” on a rooftop near where Kirk was shot.
