The Philadelphia Eagles won't have NFL All-Pro DT Jalen Carter for Week 14 against the Chargers after he underwent surgery on both shoulders.

Eagles defensive tackle Jalen Carter will miss Monday’s game against the Chargers and is week to week after undergoing surgery on both shoulders Monday, according to ESPN.

Eagles DC Vic Fangio said Carter was playing through his shoulder ailments but that it was affecting his play, especially against the run.
