A Cook County judge has cleared the way for the parents of a woman who was found dead in the South Loop last month to take her body back home with them to Michigan, following a dispute with the woman's husband,

The intrigue surrounding Caitlin Tracey's death has grown since her body was found with a severed foot at the bottom of a 20-story stairwell of her husband's condominium building.

The parents of Caitlin Tracey, 36, who was found dead last month in a South Loop apartment stairwell, have been granted the right to retrieve her remains and bring them back to Michigan after a legal battle with her husband of six months.
