Sean "Diddy" Combs filed a new request for bail on Friday, saying changed circumstances, along with new evidence, mean the hip-hop mogul should be allowed to prepare for a May trial from outside jail.

Jailed hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs renewed his efforts Friday to be released from Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, proposing new conditions including $50 million bond, round-the-clock home detention with security monitoring and strict limits on who he can contact outside his legal team.

Sting doesn’t feel that the disturbing allegations of sexual misconduct facing Sean “Diddy” Combs “taint” the English rocker’s hit, “Every Breath You Take.” Written by Sting, 73, for his former band The Police, the 1983 track was famously sampled by Diddy, 55, in his 1997 song “I’ll Be Missing You” with Faith Evans.

Sean “Diddy” Combs is hoping to be a free man by Thanksgiving. In his third attempt at being released from Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, the sex trafficking charged Bad Boy Records founder is betting large on a November 22 hearing.

The music mogul faces multiple lawsuits and criminal charges alleging sexual abuse, including of minors. He denies any wrongdoing.
