The Nebraska Cornhuskers revealed a new look for its mascot Herbie Husker on Monday. The so-called "modernized version" of the logo features a blonde-haired man with overalls and boots.

The rally was for both parents and children to teach the importance of honesty after a study showed 90% of teens said they had lied to their parents.

Nebraska had previously redesigned Herbie Husker in 2003, shifting to the logo and mascot design that remained unchanged until 2021, when Nebraska tweaked Herbie’s hand gesture.
