But in all those years, only Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness has accomplished all five of those achievements. And we may never see it happen again.

The Smashing Pumpkins are celebrating 25 years of 'Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness' with a very special one-off live virtual chat with Billy Corgan and Jimmy Chamberlin.

The event, dubbed A Night of Mellon Collie and Infinite Sadness, will take place in the musician’s hometown, with the Lyric Opera of Chicago hosting the event for seven evenings beginning Nov. 21.
