With the NFL Draft just over three weeks away, the Dallas Cowboys may not be done making moves, with COO Stephen Jones saying quarterback could be in play.

The Dallas Cowboys have been rather proactive in free agency this season, with 10 new players walking through the doors, compared to one 12 months ago. But none are the big needle-moving players fans wanted. Instead, solid starters and rotational players have been the big item on the menu for the front office.

The Cowboys retained some of their key players like defensive tackle Osa Odighizuwa, safety Markquese Bell and kick returner KaVontae Turpin. They also acquired veteran linebacker Kenneth Murray Jr. from the Tennessee Titans and cornerback Kaiir Elam from the Buffalo Bills. However, Dallas has yet to make a splashy addition from the open market.

When asked about a recent Dallas Cowboys' veteran signing elsewhere in free agency, Jerry Jones didn't address any "beef", but mentioned a Ring of Honor possibility.
