U.S. Forged Rings is expected to build a new plant in Hertford County. The project could create 725 jobs. Lawmakers last year earmarked millions for a dock to benefit the steel industry in the county.
The company plans to build the facility on 133 acres at the Riverfork West Industrial Park, southeast of Huntington.
