PHOENIX — The state of Arizona is the new owner of a clubhouse that belonged to the Hells Angels.

Federal charges that were brought against the president of the local chapter of the Hells Angels in a high-profile racketeering case that targeted motorcycle gangs across Arizona have been dismissed.

As it turns out, members and prospects of the Hells Angels, the world's most revered and feared motorcycle organization, are Kool-Aid winos, and Jase and Dylan peddle their drug of choice.
