According to Redfin real estate brokerage company’s data, 6.5% more Americans moved to red and swing states from blue states since the last presidential election.

Though blue states make up the majority of "donor" states, the top three biggest "recipient" states — New Mexico, Maryland, and Virginia — are also blue.

Even the most competitive and evenly balanced states are infected by the same contagion as the hardened one-party states.
