AMES — High school basketball recruit Marcus Zelee decommitted from Iowa State on Tuesday. Zelee, a 6-foot-2, 185-pound prospect from Austin, Texas, is a three-star recruit in the class of 2026.

Pitt has four commitments from the state of Texas in the class of 2026, all of whom have state championship aspirations in the Lone Star State this year.
