Of the four documented dog incidents, three were dog bite attacks that resulted in two adults and two dogs being bitten. One of the dogs passed away from its injuries.

GARY — An investigation is underway into a fire Tuesday afternoon that tore through a multi-family dwelling in the area of 13th Avenue and Adams Street, according to the Gary Fire Department.
