The Giants might not have to worry about Abdul Carter’s injured foot anymore. As ESPN reported Thursday, Carter underwent a medical recheck in Indianapolis this week that showed that the stress reaction in his foot — which kept him from participating at last month’s Combine — is healing and he won’t need surgery.
