A car chase that spanned from Carson to South Los Angeles ended in a chase Tuesday night. The pursuit began sometime before 9 p.m. after the driver failed to yield. The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department engaged in the chase.

An officer’s foot was run over as a car drove off following a traffic stop in Worcester on Monday, the police department announced Tuesday. At around 9:57 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop near Quinsigamond Avenue after they found a driver’s registration for insurance was revoked,
