The dogs’ owner -- 36-year-old Chad Bridges -- was booked last week on a count of negligent homicide in connection with the March 20 death of Barbara Stewart.

Chad Bridges appeared in court and was given a $100,00 bond as well as an ankle monitor with curfew from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., no pets and no contact with his neighbors.
