The left toe sprain that has kept Cleveland’s Darius Garland out of the past two games is a “significant concern” for the team heading into their second-round Game 1 matchup against the Indiana Pacers on Sunday. "What the team has said to me is that this is a significant concern, this injury," NBA Tv's Jared Greenberg said prior to the game.

All-Star point guard Darius Garland got hurt during the series which caused him to miss the final two games and unfortunately the injury has rolled over into Cleveland’s second round matchup with the Indiana Pacers. Garland missed the first game, and his presence was sorely missed as the Cavs lost 121-112.

Without Garland, the Cavs didn’t execute their usual drive/kick/swing offense, which resulted in isolation dribbling and contested jumpers.
