After weeks of speculation, Bayern Munich has officially announced the transfer of Liverpool FC winger Luis Diaz. Diaz is expected to occupy the left-wing position vacated last month when Leroy Sané made the move to Galatasaray. Bayern Munich made the move official via its club website:

Bayern Munich have confirmed the signing of Colombia international Luis Díaz from Liverpool. Sources told ESPN the deal is worth €75 million ($88m), inclusive of add-ons. He becomes Bayern's third signing of the summer following the arrivals of Bayer Leverkusen's Jonathan Tah and Hoffenheim midfielder Tom Bischof.
