On Tuesday at 9:47 a.m. the National Weather Service released an updated flood advisory in effect until 10 p.m. for Clatsop, Tillamook and Yamhill counties.
At 5:24 p.m. on Tuesday, the NWS Seattle WA released an updated flood warning in effect until Friday at 5:16 a.m. for Snohomish County.
The advisory was in place for Coastal Pender, Coastal New Hanover and Coastal Brunswick. The advisory is in effect until noon.
At 4:07 p.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service issued an updated flood warning valid from Tuesday 7 a.m. until Wednesday 1 a.m. for Clackamas and Multnomah counties.
An updated flood warning was issued by the NWS Seattle WA on Tuesday at 6:25 p.m. in effect until further notice for King County.
"We never know what's going to happen, certainly with climate risks and change across the country, and so having that certainty is critical," said Nicole Upano.
