Adrian Mardell is resigning as Jaguar CEO months after the automaker's polarizing ad campaign featuring androgynous models drew comparisons to Bud Light's controversy.

Adrian Mardell, the 64-year-old CEO of Jaguar Land Rover, is stepping down from his post just three years after taking on the role. He joined the company over three decades ago and was at the helm when it pushed the 'woke' rebrand advert.

Mardell, 64, has been at the company for more than three decades including the last two years as chief exec during one of the most transformative periods in the firm's recent history.
