Administrator Lee Zeldin called for Mexico to work with the U.S. to finally end sewage flows from Tijuana into southern San Diego County.

The head of the Environmental Protection Agency says his agency will be providing Mexico a list to complete to stop the flow of sewage from Tijuana.

Lee Zeldin recognized Mexico's willingness to cooperate with the U.S. to clean up sewage in the Tijuana River, but had some blunt words for the Mexican government.
