NASCAR Truck Series driver Stewart Friesen is in serious but stable condition at a Quebec hospital after being injured in a horrific crash while competing in the Super DIRTcar Series King of the North race at Autodrome Drummond on Monday night.

NASCAR Truck Series driver Stewart Friesen was injured in a dirt modified car crash on Monday night. According to his wife Jessica, Friesen suffered “an unstable/open-book pelvic fracture, meaning his pelvis is broken in two or more places” and there is a large hematoma on his pelvis. Additionally, Friesen suffered a fractured right leg.
