ATLANTA — Monday marks Veterans Day, and tributes to those who served are pouring in from around metro Atlanta and north Georgia, from lawmakers to local police departments to the Carter Center. "Today, we salute all who have served and continue to serve.

Veterans, active-duty military and their families can receive free admission to the Atlanta History Center. The center will hold a commemoration ceremony at 11 a.m. featuring U.S. Navy Commander Frank Weisser, a two-time Blue Angels pilot.
