Anna Kalinskaya outclassed Britain's Emma Raducanu 6–4 6–3 at the Washington Open on Saturday to advance to the final, where she will face Leylah Fernandez.

Leylah Fernandez will be trying to win her first WTA title of the season, and Anna Kalinskaya will seek the first of her career when they meet each other in the final of the hard-court D.C.

Raducanu effectively overtook Boulter with her victory over Naomi Osaka, the four-time major winner, in the second round in Washington. It followed a similarly impressive victory over the seventh-seeded Ukrainian Marta Kostyuk in Raducanu’s first match.
