HOUSTON — The Texas skyline has a new tallest tower.

We caught up with Halter, a geospatial analyst senior at the City of Austin, to learn more about his approach and how the city extracts tree data from imagery.

Austin’s new 1,025-foot Waterline tower is now the tallest building in Texas, surpassing Houston’s JPMorgan Chase Tower.
